History: One day, awkward genius Miles Harding spilt champagne all over his personal computer in an attempt to prevent it from overheating. All this did was give the computer sentience, so now Miles had a digital roommate. But the computer, named Edgar, takes a fancy to Miles' love interest, and is intent on getting her first before Miles can.

Final Fate: After a long while of harassing Miles, Edgar becomes wracked with guilt over treating his only friend so selfishly, and willingly self-destructs. However, his conscious lives on, and he plays a special song across every U.S. radio for the ones who trusted him.

Powers/Abilities: Edgar is connected to Miles' entire home, so he can do just about anything with it.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 1.5-Sure, having your entire household turn on you sounds like a nightmare, but it was played for laughs, and Edgar himself isn't a bad guy. He just so happened to take things a bit too far, and was more than willing to apologize for it.

Trivia: -Edgar's voice was provided by Bud Cort, who was known for his starring role in 1971's "Harold and Maude".

-This film's director, Steve Barron, had done over 100 music videos before making this. He based the film on the music video culture he had embellished himself in for so long.
